A Diploma in Professional Cookery is a specialized culinary program that offers students comprehensive training and education in the art and science of cooking. This diploma program is designed to prepare individuals for careers in the culinary industry by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel in professional kitchens. The students enrolled will be “learning-by-doing“. Distinctive features of the program are: Culinary Skills Development, Menu Planning, Kitchen Management, and a globally acclaimed certificate. S2E’s professional cookery course has been endorsed by TQUK. This international endorsement offers additional value and career progression to our students.
Eligibility:
Nepali or non-Nepali national with a minimum of SEE/SLC equivalent level study program. The minimum required age for this program is 16 & above.
